- 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drums
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt (for sauce)
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place wings in air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each wing.
Air fry at 380°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until skin is crispy and golden brown. Wings should reach 165°F internal temperature.
While wings cook, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
Transfer cooked wings to the bowl with garlic parmesan sauce and toss until well coated.
