Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 cups  mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup  cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup  crumbled feta cheese
  • Optional: sliced avocado

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp  olive oil
  • 2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken in air fryer basket at 380°F.
  • Cook 15 mins, flipping halfway (internal temp 165°F.
  • Let chicken rest 5 mins, then slice.
  • Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl.
  • Assemble salad greens and toppings.
  • Add sliced chicken.
  • Drizzle with dressing and serve.

Notes

🔹Store leftover chicken separately.
🔹Can substitute any preferred salad vegetables.
🔹For extra crunch, add toasted nuts or croutons.
