- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- Optional: sliced avocado
Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken in air fryer basket at 380°F.
Cook 15 mins, flipping halfway (internal temp 165°F.
Let chicken rest 5 mins, then slice.
Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl.
Assemble salad greens and toppings.
Add sliced chicken.
Drizzle with dressing and serve.
